How much does a repair cost?
Costs vary by model, by part, and by what the diagnosis finds, so we quote each device rather than publish a price list. Diagnosis is free, you approve the quote before any work begins, and nothing is charged if you decide against the repair.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every repair carries a 1 week repair warranty covering recurrence of the same fault. Replacement parts are original, 100% guaranteed.
How long does a repair take?
Many repairs, including most screen and battery work, are completed the same day. Water damage and board-level work take longer, because the device is inspected under a microscope first.
Do I have to bring the device to the shop?
No. You can walk in to the counter at Black Horse Plaza, book a rider to collect and return the device within Islamabad and Rawalpindi, or send it by courier from anywhere else.
